I was in the plaza and the person with the white umbrella was not giving an English speaking tour and there wasn’t anyone else with a white umbrella, I guess the English tour guide never showed up.
José Manuel should be a history professor. His explanations of the sites and history along with how he weaved in stories of the gastronomy and history of that were great!! Highly recommend if you’re curious about the history of the food and culture of this city.
