Hamid Gharbal ist ein vom marokkanischen Tourismusministerium zertifizierter Reiseleiter und Direktor von CSM und ICYE Marokko. Er hat eine Vielzahl administrativer und operativer Aufgaben, darunter die Ausfertigung von Rechtsdokumenten, die Verwaltung von Personalressourcen und die Verwaltung von Geldern. Darüber hinaus ist Gharbal für die Vernetzung der Vereinsmitglieder und die Überwachung der nationalen und internationalen Zusammenarbeit zuständig. Er beaufsichtigt die ankommenden Freiwilligen und sorgt dafür, dass sie während der Arbeit an ihren Projekten bei geeigneten Gastfamilien und Mentoren untergebracht werden. Meine Lieblingsorte sind Italien und Spanien.

I was the only one on the tour, but it did not make any difference to Hamid. He conducted the tour as he normally would for a group. He is a very easy-going and chill tour guide. He is a good representative of his nation's capitol. The tour never felt rushed or hurried, he took his time to explain everything and we even visited extra locations. Anyone visiting Rabat should definitely take a tour with Hamid.
