Really enjoyed the tour by Gregorio. However, the tour took 2.5 hours - so be prepared for a long walk. We recommend this tour.
Very liked the tour given by Sara. She even showed us the basement and inner courtyard an old building that is owned by a friend of hers. Recommend this tour!!!
Laura was very nice and showed us a lot of places. Her accent was sometimes a little hard to understand. But otherwise amazing.
We really liked our tour with Peter. He is a history teacher and a real local. Born in Brugge and lives there for his whole life. He knows a lot about the town, but at the same time can transfer all his knowledge with humour. We absolutely enjoyed ourselves. Would recommend to do this tour!
The tour was okay, but I would not recommend it. There is just not a lot to see in Antwerp and there are not a lot of tours. The guide walked us around the cathedral through several side streets multiple times and I had the feeling he did that to prolong the time. There would have been an easier route, that would have taken half the time. As there are not a lot of tours, the group was very large. However, the guru did not use a microphone and therefore was not easy to understand in the back of the crowd. Especially as he stopped multiple times next to street musicians or restaurants with loud music. He also did not wait for the group when moving through the streets. We almost lost him twice and had to look for him around street corners. All in all: read up a little about Antwerp on the internet and explore the city yourself. The tour is not really worth it and takes more time than necessary to see the essentials.
