Even though I was the only one, Fatih was super excited to give the tour, had great knowledge about the city, the region and the kurdish people. He helped me buy stuff from the bazaar and went to lunch with me afterwards. A day well spend!
Mehmet was a champ for conducting the tour with only one person who showed up. Other times I have booked walking tours in second and third tiered cities the guides just don’t show up when it’s a small group. Great job Mehmet
Mr Fatih is extremely well-informed on the history and culture of the old city. He speaks English well, and is friendly and entertaining. I would highly recommend using him as your guide.
Fatih was amazing! As a solo traveler it was great having a guide to take you to see numerous places in magical Şanlurfa. He made sure to guide me around the city, its markets, the historical sites as well as the necropolis. It was a well rounded tour and I’m so thankful I came across Fatih’s knowledgeable and warm nature. Towards the end he took me back to my area and that was helpful as it was getting a bit dark. I recommend him 100% !!
