We especially appreciated how considerate she was, constantly checking in and adjusting the rhythm for my older parents, which made the experience comfortable for everyone. Beyond the incredible historical context, her local recommendations were spot-on; she guided us to what turned out to be one of the best and most memorable meals we have had during our entire stay in Portugal.
