Not a great overview of the city. I didnt find the guide to be engaging.
Francesca failed to show up and wasted everyone's precious time. Don't bother booking with her, she obviously has no morals and does not care.
Caroline was very well informed and easily imparted her knowledge. She was easy to understand and the pace was good. She took the time to get to know our names and where we are from and answered clearly all the questions we asked. Caroline also gave us tips on where to go for the rest of our visit in the city. I highly recommend you take a tour with Caroline, you will not regret it.
