Highly recommend the tours with Val! He was informative with a personality that was easy to follow as the tour is on the longer side of 3 hours. You really do need the whole 3 hours to get through all the did sights in Old Town and Jewish Quarter. Truly the only way to learn about the history and depth of a beautiful city such as Praha.
Roman was an amazing tour guide! He went through it all in a fun and engaging manner. A must for first timers in Bratislava. There should be a 6th star for Roman as you really can see the passion with his delivery with talking for almost 3 hours straight!
Robert was great! English was crystal clear as we was raised in Canada! We went through the whole history to present day of Hungary in an engaging manner with the good, bad and ugly history. We've been in Budapest for the past 5 days and still enjoyed the tour greatly as it gives context and perspective of what we have been looking at in the city. Highly recommend!
Extremely disappointed with this tour as there were no email to inform that the tour was cancelled. Only found out when I went to find a way to contact the guide as to where the guide was. Instead, they said I was informed 2 weeks ago that it was cancelled. It was actually 6 days ago due to "covid". Lie. I recited an email from guru tour that it was still happening the night before. PI tour denied responsibility that it wasn't their fault that Guru still sent an email. We spent the morning rushing across the city as it was not located at city center. If the tour group is going to use Guru as a platform to book customers for the tour, they should be well versed in informing all platforms as well that this tour was cancelled. The response I got from the tour "6days in advance is not enough? Next time I will come with COVID and I don't tell you that I am sick. Maybe this is professional". Never again with Pi travel Tour.
