The tour was nice, and the information was okay. I have done several free tours and this one I would considere it as an expected. Nevertheless, I think this freetour should not be sold as a freetour. As far as I known, in a freetour the walkers pay what they consider fair according the tour. In this case, the guru checked and count the money offered by the walkers in front of them, and even asked for way more. This is something I have never seen before. Kind of disapointing.
Mahmoud was very kind. It was easy to understand to what he was saying. The tour was smooth and nice. He even "sing" in the mosque so we can hear the echo.
Mahmoud was great! He was super informative and took us to locations where no other guides took their guests! Super interesting tour - everything flowed well. Mahmoud was helpful and offered his assistance for any other trips/recommendations. We wish we’d had him for the tours we’d done on previous days! Highly recommend to anyone
The tour with Mahmoud was amazing. Even though I was alone, he still put in effort as if it was a full group of people, shared many interesting facts and info as well as some jokes to keep things light. Lots to see and yet not too tiring. Mahmoud is also a great photographer and knows all the tips and tricks for a perfect photo. He's also recited the call to prayer out loud in the mosques so you can hear the echo and understand the link between architecture and acoustics. Truly immersive cultural experience! I recommend.
