I was very disappointed as the tour guide did not turn up or send any communication to me prior. I was fortunate to be able to join another free tour and the guide was fantastic!
Rodriguez (if I remember correctly his name) was amazing. He knew a lot of information and I had a joyful tour in Duesseldorf.
