The guru showed zero professionalism, complaining about the money he received at the end and attempting to force people to the ATM to withdraw more money to give him. You might not always get the amount you feel you deserve but that’s no excuse to behave so terribly, so bad was his behaviour that one of the ladies felt pressured to hand over all the quetzales she had with her. If you are not willing to accept that some days you will not make what you feel you deserve just charge for your walking tour and don’t offer a ‘free’ walking tour.
