The tour walks you around the most touristic places Kyoto has to offer. Places you easily can visit on your own and take the time you want to stay there. So, it gave me an overview, but I wouldn't have needed a guided tour through those places. My mistake, I expected a tour that showered you other places of Kyoto that tourists might miss on their own. The tour guide was lovely.
