Roman was our guide and he was both energetic and engaging. He demonstrated both a joy for guiding and a strong grasp of the material. His English was clear and he was able to discuss both planned topics for the tour and answer questions from tour members. He spoke not only at tour stops but also en route.
The quality of this tour will likely depend on the quality of the tour guide. On our trip it was lacking and thus a missed opportunity to really understand how Bratislava and Slovakia were impacted by events in the second half of the 20th century.
