GuruWalk tours are always great and this Osaka tour was excellent. Kelvin’s enthusiasm for the city was obvious with the way he talked about the different aspects of the city - the food, the history and the culture.
Yuki was passionate about describing Slovenia’s past and present. It is interesting to learn how Slovenia survived and adapted to the different regimes it went through. Through Yuki’s tour, I was able to appreciate the beauty of the city and the resilience of the Slovenians.
I liked Roman’s style. He makes sure he covers the basic information and basic sights. Then he adds the stories that made me appreciate the sights. He also would give us opportunities to make a choice and make sure he is considering the group’s preferences. I liked his pace. It was comfortable and not rushed. He also covered the all important topics of food and drinks. I appreciated the info sheet that listed restaurants and other places to visit according to the remainder of the time available for the guests, whether it’s 2 hours or a day. I certainly used it to my advantage.
I liked the tour. Our guide not only showed us obvious highlights but also interesting details like Blood Alley and description of statues. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and had stories to tell.
