Ich bin ein lizenzierter Reiseleiter mit 8 Jahren Erfahrung, der Touristen mit Informationen versorgt und Touren durch historische Gebiete, Museen, Sehenswürdigkeiten und andere faszinierende Orte durchführt. Ich habe umfangreiche Hintergrundinformationen und Kenntnisse in der Geschichte Armeniens, die bis 3.500 v. Chr. Zurückreicht. Ich habe mein Studium an der Staatlichen Universität Eriwan mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft und Literatur abgeschlossen und dann mein Interesse am Tourismus verfolgt. Meine Ausbildung hat mich sehr gut auf diesen Beruf als Reiseleiter vorbereitet.

The tour itself was very pleasant but during our tour one lady asked a question to the guide that he couldn’t get her an answer in which she responded by jokingly saying “how you don’t know”. That infuriated the guide and during the rest of the tour (even after the lady left it early) he was making passive- aggressive comments in her direction and shouted at her in restaurant very loudly. I understand that the guide could be tired or interpreted her question as something rude but his behaviour towar her was very inappropriate and unprofessional, this should not happen.
The tour was very very nice and we had the chance to taste armenian cuisine which i enjoyed a lot! Ioanna have us a lot of useful information and she was very well informed about everything!
Avoid this tour and guide
