Sadly, it was the worst tour I had so far. The food was great, but the guide Daniel was not great. He spent a lot of the time on his phone, usually he didn't give much information about the food, but just explained what it was. Some stories, more cultural background information etc. to the food would have been nice. At the end he counted the money each person gave him and called you out "this is not enough", if you didn't give the minimum they would expect which was sent as a message beforehand. Sorry Daniel, step your game up and people are happy to tip you better.
Hoang was an amazing guide. This has been the best free walking tour I've done so far. Absolutely enjoyed every minute of it. The guide was very knowledgeable, chatty and made sure that I had a good time. If you book this tour, ask for Hoang. And don't be shy if it's raining, the tour is still fantastic!
It was okay. The guide was sometimes difficult to understand. Not only to for me, but for others as well. I got approx. a bit more than half of the information he said.
It was great. Only problem was, that Leo wasn't always very easy to understand. Of course the city is noisy, but sometimes you had to concentrate hard to understand him with his accent. Otherwise he was super nice, and the route was great.
