We were at the meeting point before the start time of the tour (2 am) but did not find the guide. We contacted Guruwalk via Whatsapp and Tribe via the chatbox on the website. The latter did not reply, but Guruwalk immediately sent us the contact details of Tribe on Whatsapp. We did not receive a reply. After contacting Guruwalk again, we only received the advice to contact Tribe again (which was not helpful). After replying, they did not answer anymore. After a while, we received a message from Tribe that the guide had left without us and that it was all a misunderstanding. Since we left our contact details and were trying to get into contact with them, we did not understand why they did not try to call or contact us. For us, this is not a misunderstanding at all, because this could have been avoided easily and it was a waste of our time since we had planned our whole day around this tour.
Ana was very entertaining and she was a great storyteller. We really enjoyed our walking tour.
