Such a great introduction to the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. We enjoyed walking through one of the busiest crossings in the world, seeing small side streets, learning more about all the different types of people living there. Loved the tour, and out guide made it interesting and fun. Would recommend.
Very beautiful walk through the Castle Grounds. Our guide was very sweet, but there seemed to be a language disconnect, which is understandable as their native language is Japanese. There was some confusion when questions were asked, or when information was given. I don't feel like I learned much about the castle on the tour, but I am unsure if that is the language barrier or the guide giving info.
Wonderful walk through the highlights of Kyoto with our guide Kuzu. He was a wonderful guide, with great information and sense of humor that made the tour fly by. Would 100% recommend this tour, I feel like we saw parts of Kyoto we wouldn't have know was there, even though we walked past places the day before. Kuzu also suggested some great restaurants and things to do.
Great tour with a local perspective. I feel like we learned a lot about Osaka that guide books can't tell you.
Unfortunately, we were walking through Rio on a Sunday, so most of the places that we were going to visit were closed. The streets had an eerie feeling about them as they were so empty. There was some interesting stops along the way, but again with everything closed we couldn't really go close to any other them. I would suggest not doing this tour on a Sunday or possibly even on a weekend.
