It was our first time in Puerto de la Cruz and Maria helped us to get a very good idea of the history of the Canary Islands especially Tenerife. Maria explained the mix of people who make up the current population, the trade that influenced Tenerife and the mix of historical architecture. A really interesting 2 hours away from the usual tourist routines. Maria is a very approachable and friendly person, making the tour seem like a walk with a local friend.
Alex is a very pleasant man, he conducted his tour in a very friendly and professional way. We had a very nice afternoon with him, he showed us the main iconic buildings around the city centre, we learnt lots of the history of Palma in a very informative way.
Carmen provided a great English language tour one of the few available in Toledo. Most groups we saw had a herd of 20-30 people whereas our group was only 8 people which was great. Carmen kept the tour interesting mixing legends and myths with facts rather than just pointing out buildings and statues. Carmen had a really nice personality and we would highly recommend her tour.
