The weather is cold a family that make the effects to reach the tour and then it canceled, you can not offers tour !!!

I wrote you by SMS yesterday already. Again, the tour was at 6:00 pm. You called me at 6:18 pm to tell me that you were “almost there”. It is unfortunate you couldn’t do the tour, but my responsibility was met. That was to be there on time. It is not my fault you were 18 minutes late and did not call me ahead of time to let me know you were coming. Therefore, it is impossible for me to know that you were gonna be there or not.
I understand your frustration. However, it is unfair that you’d rather give me a negative rating instead of assuming your responsibility which was to be there on time. Or at least letting me know I’m advance.
