Well structured tour, clear explanations provided by Susan. We were a group of 5 which helps understand the tour guide and have a chance to ask questions. Susan also took time to walk with us to an ATM to withdraw money after the tour.would recommend for a History of Bath and to get a feel of the place and what to explore!
Ayumi was very friendly and knew a lot about the topic, including any questions that the tour guests had. Would recommend when in Kyoto.

Well run tour by Martin on a cold January afternoon. We visited a number of stops and Martin was easy to engage with and ask questions. One thing to note is that on walking tours during winter months, in other countries, the tour guide planned a short coffee stop. This would be helpful because the tour starts at 3pm and it gets dark early, around 4pm; everyone was cold on the tour and I asked the guide if we can stop, but he said we only have 40 minutes more so we just had to get through it. In fact, we ended 20 minutes earlier, he apologised for rushing through the end because of cold weather. A break would have helped with the cold and get people refreshed for another hour; alternatively if the tour could start earlier during day light that may be beneficial.
Despite the large group size, Medi handled the tour well, keeping on schedule and handing out fun and interesting bits of information. It was easy to interact with him.
