The guide did not appear, after calling him and texting him, he just texted us way later that we can do the tour only tomorrow. As we left on the next day we declined it and asked for some food tips instead but he never replied. Really unreliable and annoying for us to spend our time waiting for him.

You should have sent me the message before you came to the meeting place, so you would know the tour did not happen because of a lack of walkers, so that's your fault.
