Very poor tour on this occasion. We are regulars for city break walking tours, this was terrible. Long stops with useless information and guessing games. Very limited ground covered. Poor rhythm. Poor quality of information. Guide was not proficient in English and swore and cursed throughout his commentary.

The quality of our tours is excellent and our guides are great professionals who, through games such as rhetorical questions, teach the history of the city. We are sorry if the guide may have stepped out of his role at some point and used language that was not appropriate for the tour.
