This lovely lady told us her name, acknowledged that it was difficult to pronounce, and gave us a shortened version - which unfortunately I still can’t remember! The nighttime tour is really special, even if it was cold (so wrap up well!). Extremely knowledgeable and interesting and also, quite rightly, pointed out that these tours are not actually ‘free’ so please be prepared to give a decent tip. We would be lost without these wonderful guides!
Mario was so professional and extremely knowledgeable. He has a beautiful voice and a lovely sense of humour. There were some unexpected and very pleasant add-ons too! I highly recommend him!
We had a very enjoyable tour with Thierry, whose excellent knowledge of people and place, history and facts made the Revolution come to life! In many ways this is a tour ‘off the beaten track’ with Thierry uncovering hidden gems along the way. An erudite, soft-spoken and very calm man who I imagine could answer any question you could think to ask! Highly recommended!
Really enjoyed this tour, despite the rain! Jessica is a lovely, bubbly lady with a nice easy style. Her knowledge of the buildings and monuments greatly enhanced the tour, and we were especially grateful for her help and directions to find our way back across the city! Highly recommended!
We enjoyed a great tour of the Latin Quarter with Aitana. Her in-depth knowledge of the area, its buildings and its history made for a very enjoyable and educational experience. On top of that, Aitana is a lovely, bubbly individual whose personality, style of delivery and great sense of humour made the time fly! Highly recommended!
