Unfortunately we were very disappointed as the tour didn‘t hold what it promised. We should visit: Barrio Puerto & Matriz, Cerro Concepitión, Alegre and Cordillera. We joined the tour because of the port area and Cordillera (had a tour in Conceprión and Alegre the day before). What we visited was one gallery near plaza sotomayor and Cerro Conceprión. That‘s it. No Barrio puerto, no Matriz, no Cerro Cordillera. Maybe we were just unlucky with the guide because she is very new. Please go to all the places of the tour, not only 4 out of 19. Don‘t talk for 20 minutes in one place as nobody can listen that long. I‘m sorry to say Carla, but you should improve your english first. We‘re not nativ english speakers but even for us it was hard to follow because of the many problems of finding words and „ehm“ being every second word. When you will be more fluent and comfortable in english, try again and you will be able to concentrate on the tour and not the language. Bring in some joke, quiz, whatever to make it more entertaining.

Dear Sara, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent tour experience. I’m glad to hear you were able to visit some parts of Barrio Puerto, including the La Escala Art Gallery, which is accessible only through the café. However, I understand your disappointment with the limited exploration of Barrio Puerto and Cerro Cordillera. On Mondays, many places in Barrio Puerto are closed, including parts of the Mercado Puerto, which can affect what we can show you. Additionally, our guide was new, and while she did her best to provide information, I understand that the noise from the concert at Plaza Sotomayor made it difficult to hear. I’d also like to mention that on a free tour, guests always have the option to leave the group if they prefer to explore on their own. You can also request the itinerary at the beginning of the tour to ensure it aligns with your expectations. We truly appreciate your suggestions about improving the tour's engagement and pacing, as well as the guide’s language skills. We’re always looking for ways to enhance the experience for our guests. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and we hope you’ll consider joining us again in the future. Best regards, Cristian U.

Diego is a very knowledgeable guy and we enjoyed the tour. The historical explanations were quite long for us as we‘re not really into that.
