Dear Anne, we are very available and clear people and we appreciate honesty rather than meanness in the form of a review. If there was something wrong with the talk you could have simply asked our guide during the tour to change something in order to enjoy a better experience. We can accept criticism but not about our professionalism, that's totally unfair.
Anyway all the group was extremely happy with the tour and everyone clapped hands a lot in the end, you included. No one is forced to tip well, we prefer no tips to this kind of behavior in the review that gives a misleading image of our company.
