Matt was an amazing tour guide! He took us to iconic places in Osaka, as well as places I didn't even know existed. He shared cool information about the history of Osaka and funny stories about how the culture developed. As a local who has lived in the area for a few years, Matt was able to sprinkle in personal recommendations for food and shopping in the area, and they were very good recommendations. He avoided stairs as much as possible to help keep the tour accessible to those with limited mobility, but there were a few spots where we had to use stairs. I'm so glad I took this tour- I got to experience Osaka in ways that would have been impossible by myself.
Sachi was great, it's a plus that she is a local guide. She came prepared with photos and explanations. She gave us a few minutes in every spot to see around and take photos. We really enjoyed.
