Alberto gave us an excellent introduction to Florence which has allowed us to enjoy the city very much. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history and culture of this beautiful place. His English was excellent and his presentation was very clear and informative. He was friendly and approachable and always checked that we had understood him before moving on to the next destination.
