Great tour guide - company is not so much. The tour was scheduled for 5:45pm, so we rushed from another town to make it. When we came to the meeting point there was no guide. I called the company and I was told that there was a "mistake" - the tour was supposed to start at 6:45pm (despite the website and the voucher showing 5:45pm). We came back at 6:45pm and found the guide (not ours, but from the same company), who told us that the tour was not supposed to start until 7:00pm and she started calling trying to find our guide. Eventually, our guide showed up and looked like she just finished another tour. Once the tour began, there was no issues - the lady was very nice and informative, so we really enjoyed it. However, we were a bit upset by the time change, which definitely looked like the last moment adjustment. Had we known the accurate tour time, we could have spent more time in another place and I don't like being told about "mistakes", when it was clearly planned.
