Manoj was a great guide. He picked us up, took us to see the estupa, temple, etc. He was very informative and kind. We definitely recommend this tour!
Ritu was a great guide, showing us around the city through food shops and stalls. He had great care as to whether the places to eat were clean, and always ordered for us. We went to several places and were completely full by the end - so don't eat much during the day! Food was fantastic, we loved some of the new flavours we tried. We even ended up doing another tour with Ritu. The only thing I'd say is the tour is not free (there's a fee which includes food/chai), but it's definitely worth it!
Both Nivas and Akaj were fantastic. They gave us water and chai in the beginning of the tour, and were always really patient with us. The tour was long and very detailed, and throughout the 3 hours they gave us very good suggestions. They were very expressive and happy to show us their city. They always found a nice calm corner to go into further detail about things we saw on the way. Overall excellent activity to do in Varanasi!
