Excellent tour. Ming was knowledgeable and friendly. He navigated us through what would otherwise be a confusing maze of restaurants while giving us details and explanations of each dish. I could not have been happier with this tour and I ended up with a much better understanding and appreciation of Hanoi and its food culture. Will highly recommend!
