Alexandra is an incredible guide. Her route follows the usual highlights of Centro, though with a few remarkable asides and special access and views of the usual. But her commentary is anything but the usual. This you will not find in guide books, full of local knowledge, lore and legends, connecting local sites and architecture to history, indigenous culture and current Ecuadorian society. Her delightful and energetic personality is infectious. Not just talking about indigenous dances but getting you to do it! I couldn't recommend this tour more
Alex was brilliant, he pointed out and explained everything about the city and we had a great time and some authentic tasting along the way. Although English is not his first language and I do not speak Spanish, he did very well. Super Impressed with the tour and the guide.
