Thank you for your feedback and I think that you enjoyed our trip more than you let the 2 star ranking.
Firstly we assigned a best guide, Stella, who exceed all five high ranking reviews on our tours. She is our Gem and even we assigne her as your private guide.She got professional certficate guide liscense.So we are sure Stella is our Gem.
Secondly we would like to remind you that our private guide spent time more 2.5 hours and she worked based on Tip but both of you just gave 2 usd/pax that is not really nice compared to the time and knowledge of our guide.If you take any free tours in Vietnam, you should check it again for the fare.
