Patrick was welcoming, extremely friendly and super knowledgeable about the neighbourhood as well as general aspects about the city. The tour was offbeat, full of his own fun incidents, and all about history and evolution of the Kensington area.
Patrick is an extraordinary human being and fantastic tour guide. I had the honor of enjoying the tour only for myself and I was delighted to hear all the amazing stories Patrick has to tell about Kensington Town, China Town and his life as a filmmaker. The tour started at his place, a true gem in Kensington Market, full of all the film work he has carried out in his life. It was truly interesting and mind opening. Besides, he has great energy and he transmits it throughout the tour. I couldn't be any happier I showed up yesterday. Thank you, I had a wonderful morning!! Wish you all the best in the next seasons of your own film, your life ;)
We had a wonderful time touring Kensington Market with Patrick. This was a really different experience from previous tours. Patrick welcomed us at his place and we immediately felt like his guests. He had a lot to tell and showed us his neighborhood including his favorite places and many suggestions on what to visit and where to eat. His small dog Molly was one of the most calm and well mannered dogs we ever encountered. All in all, it was a really personal tour, we got to know Patrick and a part his life and many stories from Toronto. If you want to really get to know Kensington Market and it's lifestyle, we can heartily recommend this tour. Thanks again Patrick!
