Nana is a wonderful tour guide, she goes above and beyond to help you. Nana took us to places off the tourist route to see the real Saigon.
I was at the meeting place 15 minutes early. I waited for 40 minutes and messaged the guide. No one turned up and no response to my message. I got a email confirming the tour, a few hours before it was due to start. Very disappointed.
