We weren't sure what to expect with this tour as our previous tour experiences have been mixed in Colombia. We weren't disappointed however and were so impressed with Javier's tour! He was so incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of Santa Manta and the fact that he was born in this place made it that much more authentic what he was saying. His style was perfect and he had better English than me! The pace was perfect: we did a fair bit of walking around the town but not too much and would stop along the way. What made this experience even more unique was the fact that he introduced us to some local artisans and foods too. Javier was so friendly and happy to answer and questions we had. Definitely a 5/5 tour and the best thing we have done in Santa Marta!
Javier was on time and very friendly. We loved that he had so much knowledge and could explained many things about culture, history, econony, food, traditions and more. We had a great time, thank you Javier !
We just finished our morning with Javier who took us around Santa Marta - we stopped at a lot of the main places and some hidden gems too. Javier was an excellent tour guide and it really felt like walking around with a friend. He was super knowledgable about the history and culture of his city. Really recommend this tour - it was well worth doing it at the start of your Santa Marta trip! Gracias / La buena 😊
