Hallo!
Sam was pretty informative and communicative via whatsApp on where to find/see him. The starting location is slightly congested outside the metro station, but good in a sense since it's an easy landmark. There are lots of shops to pick up water, snacks, coffee. The places we visited were interesting, we got a lot of facts, and he answered a lot of questions. One guy did this on repeat, except with his partner. Went to some interesting neighborhood streets. The last place, which I believe is Ikseondong, had nice shops/coffee shops/restaurants. I ate there afterwards and had a great Ramen meal. Lots of instagram shots if you like that sort of thing. Nice smelling bakeries. I went back twice for a Mochi coffee shop. They have lots of specialities, but rather jammed with people. They were tasty, and I had an Americano inside. It's small with a tiny courtyard. I would recommend doing this walking tour. I wish Sam knew more weird facts about the places we visited. I think that would be more interesting to me. But to each their own.
Absolutely loved the tour. Super kind and well informed. Lots of detail information. Fun and took time to answer our questions. Had a great time 🙌🏼
Sam was a lovely host who had great knowledge of the places we visited. He also have great personalised tips
We had a wonderful guide and it was a very cool tour!
Sam had great knowledge about the places he brought us too and the reason why. Lots of great history about the royal family and ways of life/ Decision making. Tip- Decent amount of walking and in the palace lots of big steps. Great walk through Insadong seeing all the various cafes. Very enjoyable afternoon.
