Daniel - Stadtführer in Nairobi

Daniel is incredibly knowledgeable and explains everything with passion and clarity. We were truly impressed by his work and the foundation he started. It’s absolutely worth supporting with a donation so he can continue making a difference. He has a big heart – and that kind of dedication deserves all the support it can get.

We had the privilege of taking the tour Kibera Chocolate City in Nairobi. I was with my daughter and to be honest I was quite anxious and unsure prior to meeting our guide. However, within minutes of the tour we realized we were in good hands. We felt completely safe. Daniel was warm, knowledgeable and deeply connected to the community. He grew up there. It highlighted the resilience, creativity and spirit of the community. The people were so friendly and the children warmed our hearts with their enthusiasm. We got to watch Daniel’s soccer team practice at the end of the tour and Daniel helped us call an uber to take us back to our hotel. This was such an informative and interesting tour! Our guide Daniel is truly a great guide and active member of the community. We got to learn a lot about the history, culture and way of living of the locals to see a real glimpse of the daily lives, inspirations and struggles of people in Nairobi. We also got to learn more about the community project that Daniel has been doing to help local kids to prosper. Truly inspiring. Highly recommended tour, a must do in Nairobi!
