I was very disappointed with Jenny's lack of professionalism. I arrived for the tour 10 minutes early, but Jenny did not show up. After sending three messages on the Guru platform to let her know I was at the meeting point, she contacted me by phone. Her tone was unprofessional and unapologetic, especially considering she had not shown up for the tour. The lack of respect and professionalism towards clients is unacceptable. Because she did not cancel the tour, I was unable to book another Guru tour. I would not recommend taking this tour, as there is a chance she might not show up and then place the blame on you, saying, "I messaged you, and you did not respond."
