I originally booked for 4PM Saturday. I received an email at 3:36PM that said the tour was canceled. However, I didn't see it until taxing across town. I was asked in the email to rebook and did so. I received a confirmation email and a morning reminder email. Upon arriving, I was told the tour was only in Spanish that day. Upon showing the guide my email that said "1 X English" and the entirety of the email in English, she said, "Oh sorry. No English today". Two trips across town for no tour and a no show.
