We had booked in for a tour in English. We had planned our day around the timing of the tour. When we arrived there we were told we were the only two English people so they wouldn't run it. So one guide left and they just did the Spanish tour. Personally, I think that is very bad customer service. We had planned our day around this tour, and had we known in advance we would have arranged something else.
